Cancellations

In order for us to spend quality time with you to achieve your goals in how you look and feel, we ask for the same respect for our time and other guests on our cancellation list. So if you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask for a 24-hour notice, otherwise you will be charged $30/hour for the time that was reserved for you.

Scheduling Appointments

To accommodate your appointment needs, we recommend scheduling your next service prior to your departure. This ensures a time, day of the week, and preferred stylist to serve your needs.

Gift Certificates

All of our services and products are available in the form of gift certificates. We can make suggestions and help you create the perfect package.

Entrance and Parking

When receiving a service that requires more than two hours, free parking can be found off Third Street and Houston or Humbolt. Entrances can be found off Third Street located in the common stairway used by both 502 Media and Unité. Or you may enter through The Winged Lion.

Children

We ask that children not be brought to the salon unless he or she has an appointment scheduled. This policy is meant to provide safety for the child, as well as to minimize the distraction of our other guests.

Phones

Please keep your cell phones on silent or vibrate during your visit.

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Gratuities

Because it is our pleasure to serve you, we do not accept gratuities.
